Abstract: Disclosed is a heat shrinkable multilayer film for pallet or multipack shrink applications comprising at least one ionomer layer comprising from 5 to 40 weight % of the film, consisting essentially of a copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid or acrylic acid wherein from about 1 to about 99% of the carboxylic acid groups are neutralized to carboxylate salts comprising metal ions; and at least one additional layer comprising 60 to 95 weight % of the film, comprising a polyolefin. Also disclosed are uses and methods to collation shrink the film around objects.
