  • Patent number: 7966350
Abstract: An evidence repository application system provides a centralized repository of implementation evidence data for a project and to provide a method for collecting, storing and tracking the implementation evidence data for the project. The evidence repository application system receives and stores evaluation data regarding the implementation evidence data. The evidence repository application system generates interactive reports summarizing the evaluation data for a project. The evidence repository application system implements a consistent approval process for a project with identified accountable managers and evidence providers. The evidence repository application system also implements an accountability process that notifies accountable managers and evidence providers of their roles and responsibilities for a project.

  • Publication number: 20060097020
Abstract: The present invention provides underarm covers and hand grip covers for crutches. The covers can be constructed from different types of fabrics with various types of designs. The underarm cover defines a curved shape that generally conforms to the curved contour of the underarm pads used on many crutch designs. The underarm cover includes slits at opposing ends to allow for easy installation and removal. Extended sides of the underarm cover are drawn together with a coupler without overlapping each other. The combination of the curved contour of the underarm cover with the coupler pulls the underarm cover into a relatively snug fit with the underarm pad. The hand grip covers are formed from a single piece of fabric sewn into a tubular shape. Because the hand grip covers are not releasably connected with a fastener, the hand grip covers provide a relatively smooth exterior surface.

  • Publication number: 20060096627
Abstract: The present invention provides for a powder coated crutch frame and underarm covers and hand grip covers for the same. The powder coating process may be applied to the entire crutch frame, or a subset of the frame components, and provides a more robust crutch frame by affording additional durability and protection. The covers can be constructed from different types of fabrics with various types of designs. The underarm cover defines a curved shape that generally conforms to the curved contour of the underarm pads. The hand grip covers are formed from a single piece of fabric sewn into a tubular shape to receive the hand grips of the crutch.

  • Publication number: 20050227210
Abstract: A communication tool (101) is provided herein which is suitable for use with non-verbal, speech-impaired or autistic individuals. The tool comprises a display surface (103) which is adapted to be worn by a user, and a plurality of communications cards (105) which are releasably attachable to said display surface. The display surface is transformable from a first configuration wherein the display surface is maintained in a compact orientation on the body of the user, to a second configuration wherein the display surface is maintained in an expanded orientation on the body of the user.
