    Abstract: An antenna includes a substrate having a pair of oppositely directed surfaces. A source plane conductor is located on one of the surfaces and has a signal line connected thereto. A ground plane conductor is located on another of the surfaces. Each of the conductors has a slot extending therethrough with the slots sized and positioned relative to one another to inhibit the intensity of radiation emanating from the ground plane.
