    Abstract: A system for simulation of network flow in a first domain network based on emulation of disruptions in a second domain network includes a simulation engine configured to model the network flow of the first domain network, where the network flow model is based on a plurality of resources available in a first subject area corresponding to first domain network. Also included is an emulation engine configured to emulate the second domain network, where the second domain network has a plurality of resources available in a second subject area. A disruption corresponding to at least one resource in the second domain network is provided to the emulation engine, which utilizes the disruption to model the network flow of the resources in the second domain network so that the disruption in the second domain network is reflected in the network flow model of the first domain network.
