  • Patent number: 10859637
Abstract: A device for verifying wire connectivity of a bus may include a bus connector configured to connect to a bus comprising a plurality of wires and measurement circuitry configured to perform a verification test on each wire of the bus. The verification test of each wire may include connecting a wire under test in a predetermined configuration relative to the other wires for performing the verification test and measuring a value of an electrical parameter associated with the wire under test. The verification test may also include comparing the value of the measured electrical parameter associated with the wire under test to an expected value of the electrical parameter. The wire under test passes the verification test in response to the measured value of the electrical parameter corresponding substantially to the expected value of the electrical parameter.

  • Patent number: 10856541
Abstract: A movable agricultural product applicator system for dispensing various agricultural-related products along the ground surface of agricultural crops is provided. The application system provides a hose assembly interconnecting a supporting boom and an applicator, wherein the applicator drags along the ground surface dispensing product as the supporting boom moves by a carrier. The application system may include a swivel connection facilitating a rotational and pivotal connection of the hose assembly to the supporting boom, wherein a mounting assembly removably mounts the application system to the supporting boom. The hose assembly is designed with bending properties that enable the applicator to self-center and locate rows between crops as it is being dragged along the ground surface, as well as enable the applicator to surf above obstacles.

  • Patent number: 10859665
Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating the sorting of assets to sort locations. In various embodiments, a sort employee scans an asset indicia using a user device, which stores asset data corresponding to the stored asset. As the sort employee nears a sort location (e.g., a delivery vehicle) with the asset and the user device, the user device automatically communicates wirelessly with a sort location receiver to associate the asset data with data indicative of the sort location where the user deposits the asset. In various embodiments, a device may determine whether the user device is proximate the appropriate sort location for the item, and may generate an alert upon a determination that the user device is proximate an incorrect sort location.

  • Patent number: 10860177
Abstract: An application launching user interface that includes a plurality of application icons for launching corresponding applications is displayed. A first touch input is detected on a first application icon of the plurality of application icons. The first application icon is for launching a first application that is associated with one or more corresponding quick actions. If the first touch input meets one or more application-launch criteria which require that the first touch input has ended without having met a first input threshold, the first application is launched in response to the first touch input. If the first touch input meets one or more quick-action-display criteria which require that the first touch input meets the first input threshold, one or more quick action objects associated with the first application are concurrently displayed along with the first application icon without launching the first application, in response to the first touch input.

  • Patent number: 10857346
Abstract: The breakaway assembly includes a first breakaway subassembly and a second breakaway subassembly. The subassemblies are configured to connect, which causes bellows sheaths in each subassembly to compress and open pores, allowing fluid to flow through the subassemblies. The subassemblies can be connected to luer tip. The luer tips can be connected to an intravenous (IV) fluid line or other types of lines used in the medical field to move fluids. This allows the movement of fluid from a fluid-holding component to a patient. Unless the subassemblies are locked together, the subassemblies will be disconnected under the correct amount of pressure. This disconnection closes the pores on the subassemblies, which keeps fluid from leaking, and prevents the contamination of the IV line. Luer tips may also be connected to the subassemblies. Some of the luer tips allow for the quick connection of the luer tip to the subassembly through a flange being inserted into a notch or flange acceptor.

  • Publication number: 20200379783
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for monitoring a video are provided. For example, the video may be rendered within a canvas overlaying a webpage within a web browser. The video may comprise an opaque portion (e.g., a bike) and a transparent portion (e.g., a transparent background such that the bike appears to be driving across the webpage as the video plays). User input associated with the canvas may be evaluated to determine whether the user input occurs over the opaque portion or the transparent portion. Responsive to the user input occurring over the opaque portion, the web browser may be transitioned from the webpage to a biking website linked to by the video. Responsive to the user input occurring over the transparent portion, the canvas may be closed to terminate the video.

  • Publication number: 20200378740
Abstract: An sensor unit has an analog Hall-effect sensor coupled to a microprocessor containing an analog to digital converter. It is mounted to the frame of a cell door. A magnet is mounted to the cell door so that when the door is closed, they are in close-proximity. A calibration initiates the storage of digital voltage signal presented by the Hall-effect sensor, via an analog to digital converter, when the cell door is closed. This door-closed value is constantly compared to the current value based on the position of the cell door. If this value deviates within preset limitations of the stored value, the sensor unit signals a fault condition to a connected central control panel which sends a “door ajar” notification to a designated user's cell phone as well as activating a local alarm.
