The diaphragm may be configured to change a position of the restricting member based on a pressure on a first side of the diaphragm. A spring may abut a second side of the diaphragm opposite the first side. The spring may apply a force to the second side of the diaphragm. An adjustable portion adjacent the spring may be configured to change the force applied to the diaphragm by the spring.
