  • Patent number: 12310516
Abstract: A storage system is configured for adjustable suspension from fixed points on a vertical wall, such as from fixed tie-down loops that are rigidly and permanently affixed to the wall of a shipping container. The system includes a plurality of pivotable arms that may have attached thereto shelves or other planar panels and may be variably positioned to provide vertical storage panels, flat work surfaces (such as a desk surface), or upwardly angled support posts, for example, for hanging items such as cables, ropes, pipe sections, and the like. A suspension assembly for the storage system enables hanging suspension of the system at any desired location along the length of the vertical wall, despite the location of the fixed loops from which the system is ultimately suspended.

  • Patent number: 11819129
Abstract: An easel selectively supports a variety of media and includes a centrally registered longitudinal axis, a first display section oriented along a first plane obliquely angled to the centrally registered longitudinal axis, a second display section opposed from the first display section and oriented along a second plane obliquely angled to the axis, a plurality of storage shelves positioned between the first display section and the second display section, and a plurality of media display members removably engaged with the first display section and the second display section, respectively, and positioned parallel to the first plane and the second plane, respectively. The media display members are interchangeably and slidably engaged with each of the first display section and the second display section. The first display section is pivotally coupled to the second display section and pivoted about a fulcrum axis perpendicular to the axis.

  • Patent number: 8371061
Abstract: The fish sack carrier is of a fish-like shape especially designed to carry a single, large fish, such as a mature salmon, secured upon the fisherman's back in a longitudinal position with its head downward. This position comfortably distributes the weight of the fish over the fisherman's shoulder and back and allows the fisherman to use his hands to carry other equipment. A unique shoulder strap system stabilizes and balances the fish in this position, and allows the simultaneous carrying of more fish by connecting additional fish sacks to a common shoulder strap. The fish sack carrier is constructed of lightweight and durable materials, is washable after use, and can be folded into a small packet for pocket storage.

  • Publication number: 20080301999
Abstract: The invention is a fish transport sack specifically designed to transport larger fish such as salmon or steelhead by wading or pedestrian fisherman. The salmon is a large fish approximately 10 to 30 pounds in weight and lengths sometimes exceeding 30 inches. A fish of this size is cumbersome to carry by hand in the traditional method with a stringer, particularly when long distances need to be traversed across rugged terrain such as steep hills and fallen trees. The dangling of the fish on the stringer causes considerable strain on the fisherman's hands, wrist, arms, and shoulders. The discomfort is compounded when several large fish need to be carried simultaneously. The fish sack carrier (10) is of an oblong fish-like shape in order to position the fish in a vertical position with its head downward. This position reduces strain on the fisherman by evenly distributing the weight on their back and shoulder.

  • Publication number: 20060263756
Abstract: Techniques for real-time observation assessment are provided. The techniques, which are designed for educators, take advantage of handheld computers, desktop/laptop computers and Internet access in order to reduce the paperwork associated with conventional educational assessments. An array of instructional assessment applications are designed to run on handheld computers. The instructional assessment applications may be based on existing and widely used paper methodologies. An instructional assessment application includes a self-correct feature that marks an incorrect response as a self-corrected response based upon selection of the self-correct feature.

An array of instructional assessment applications are designed to run on handheld computers. The instructional assessment applications may be based on existing and widely used paper methodologies. A common Web-based platform for assessment application distribution, selection, download, data management and reporting is also provided. Users can then periodically synchronize instructional data (assessments, diagnostic results, notes and/or schedules) to the Web site. At the Web site, browser-based reports and analysis can be viewed, administered and shared via electronic mail.
