  • Publication number: 20240130082
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing a substrate are provided herein. For example, an apparatus for processing a substrate comprises a process chamber configured to process a substrate, a substrate support comprising a heat sink configured to cool the substrate support during operation and a water trap panel comprising a pumping ring configured to cool the water trap panel such that the water trap panel condenses water vapor molecules and drops a process chamber pressure during operation, and a chiller operably coupled to the substrate support and configured to supply a cooling fluid to the substrate support via a cooling fluid line that connects to the heat sink and the pumping ring via a serial configuration or a parallel configuration.

  • Publication number: 20240116632
Abstract: A recoil device is provided for a gun having a barrel with a breech. The device includes a breech nut, a brake assembly, a pneumatic spring and a counter-recoil buffer. The breech nut has first and second adjacent sides. The brake assembly includes a brake cylinder that mounts to the breech nut on the first side. The pneumatic spring mounts to the breech nut on the second side. The counter-recoil buffer attaches to the pneumatic spring. The brake cylinder and the pneumatic spring internally push fluids for recoil absorption and return in response to firing the gun.

  • Patent number: 5787738
Abstract: A security lock for a computer, such as a laptop. The security lock includes a blade member that can freely pass through the gap between the computer display and keyboard. Attached to one end of the blade member is a blocking member which is larger than the gap. The other end of the blade member is attached or otherwise fastened to a fixed object, via a padlock, to thereby secure the computer to the fixed object. Theft or unauthorized removal of the computer is thereby prevented.

  • Patent number: 5694334
Abstract: A system and methodology for automatically organizing, managing, and distributing digital multi-media information without the negative artifacts which are normally introduced when electronically distributing digitally compressed data and information which contains still images, moving images and sound. The invented system packages and assists in production and electronic distribution of pre-produced multi-media information into digital packets or segments of varying file lengths with defined start and end points. Each segment of multi-media information is identified with separate alpha-numeric and binary coded data fields which are organized into multimedia "object descriptors" and multi-media "segment descriptors". Object descriptor fields define the actual multi-media object and its relative mixture of digitized audio, video, text, and picture content its life span for use, date and time release information for use, killdate, and file sizes.
