  • Patent number: 6824042
Abstract: A foldable tote box comprises two side-wall panels, each having four holding tabs near each corner of the panel, and two end-wall panels, each having two corner wing panels on each of which two locking insert tabs are formed to be engaged with the holding tabs on the corresponding side-wall panels. The tote box further comprises at least one cover which comprises a base panel, two side panels, two end panels, and four corner panels that are integrally connected to the end panels. The cover has locking insert tabs on the side panels and holding tabs formed on the corner panels such that the locking insert tabs are pressed and inserted through the holding tabs and held by the holding tabs when the side panels and end panels are folded upward to form the covers.

  • Patent number: 6651875
Abstract: A foldable tote box is made of one-piece board of corrugated plastic. It comprises a rectangular bottom panel of two side edges and two end edges, a pair of side-wall panels, a pair of end wall panels, and two pairs of corner filler beam panels. Each side-wall panel has a folding edge integrally connected to the side edge of the bottom panel, and is folded along a first scored folding line at the folding edge, and has a cover panel connected to its top edge and two end edges defining a width of the side-wall panel and the height of the box. The end-wall panels are respectively integrally connected to and extended from the end edges of the bottom panel and folded along second scored folding lines. Each pair of corner filler beam panels is connected to the end edges of each end-wall panel. Each filler beam panels extends from the end edge of the end-wall panel and is folded along a third scored folding line to form a hollow support beam.

  • Patent number: 5996885
Abstract: A foldable tote box is formed by a one-pierce die-cut and scored board of corrugated material, especially corrugated plastic materials, that includes novel locking system so as to facilitate quick assembly of the box. The board includes a generally rectangular bottom panel, two pairs of side-wall panels to form the side-wall of the tote box, and ore or two pairs of filler beam panels connected to one of the pairs or both pairs of side-wall panels. Each side-wall panel having the filler beam panels includes a side wall section and a flap section, on which two insert locking tabs are formed at appropriate locations to be associated with corresponding fastening tabs located on the filler beam panels. Each of the filler beam panels can be folded to form a hollow support beam.

  • Patent number: 5570735
Abstract: A multi-functional plastic board is adopted to be attached to inside or outside of an automobile. The shade comprises a single piece of board with four folding panels. The board is a rigid, lightweight and durable corrugated plastic board which has smooth surfaces on both sides of the board and fine channels therebetween. The four panels are divided by three cutting lines, while adjacent ones of the panels are connected with integral portions therebetween. Each of the cutting lines are divided by the integral portions into segments. Two scoring lines are formed near each of the integral portions on respective adjacent panels so that the panels can be folded along the cutting lines. A plurality of holes are provided respectively at each corner of the board and the panels. Ropes with steel wire core are provided for attaching the shade to inside or outside of the automobile in association with the holes.
