    Abstract: A combination headwear having ear-covering sections and a headphone assembly having a speaker for each ear attached to a curved band that conforms to the top portion of a human head, and an integrated antenna module configured to receive satellite digital audio radio signals. The headwear includes openings sized for the speakers such that the speakers can be inserted between the ear-covering sections and the ear canals of the wearer of the headwear. In this way, the antenna is external to the headwear and the ear-covering sections cover the user's ears and the headphone assembly's speakers.
