    Abstract: A generally rectangular, flexible fabric, strap-on garment has a pocket for protectively enclosing and transporting a small electronic device at locations on the body of a wearer of the garment where the device can be viewed and operated. Closure features are provided adjacent an opening into the pocket that prevent moisture from entering the pocket, and strap features are provided that enhance the versatility and adjustability of the holder.
