    Abstract: A vacuum chuck includes a first surface with a cavity formed in the first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a relatively deformable portion disposed between the first surface and the second surface. The vacuum chuck is formed using a resilient material, and the relatively deformable portion changes shape in response to pressure more easily than other portions of the vacuum chuck.
