The server comprises a risk assessment program that performs a risk assessment process. The process comprises the steps of: querying the person for family history information, receiving family history information inputted by the person, generating a family tree diagram based on the received family history information, transmitting the diagram to the communication device, querying the person for family medical history information concerning members of the person's family, receiving the family medical history information, generating a family medical tree diagram based on the received family medical history information, transmitting the diagram to the communication device, receiving a request to generate a risk assessment report, generating the risk assessment report, and transmitting it to the communication device.
