Patent number: 11979976Abstract: Provided are interconnect circuits and methods of forming thereof. A method may involve laminating a substrate to a conductive layer followed by patterning the conductive layer. This patterning operation forms individual conductive portions, which may be also referred to as traces or conductive islands. The substrate supports these portions relative to each other during and after patterning. After patterning, an insulator may be laminated to the exposed surface of the patterned conductive layer. At this point, the conductive layer portions are also supported by the insulator, and the substrate may optionally be removed, e.g., together with undesirable portions of the conductive layer. Alternatively, the substrate may be retained as a component of the circuit and the undesirable portions of the patterned conductive layer may be removed separately. These approaches allow using new patterning techniques as well as new materials for substrates and/or insulators.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2021Date of Patent: May 7, 2024Assignee: CelLink CorporationInventors: Kevin Michael Coakley, Malcolm Parker Brown, Dongao Yang, Michael Lawrence Miller, Paul Henry Lego

Publication number: 20230319600Abstract: The system obtains an indication of a configuration update to perform on a component of a network and an indication of the component associated with the network. The configuration update is performed in multiple stages, including a pre-check stage, a configuration stage, and a verification stage. In the pre-check stage, the system obtains a parameter and an expected value of the parameter associated with the component. The system determines whether the component satisfies the expected value of the parameter by obtaining a value of the parameter associated with the component and comparing the obtained value to the expected value. Upon determining that the component satisfies the expected value of the parameter, the system performs the configuration stage. Upon performing the configuration update, the system performs the verification stage by testing whether the component is functioning. Upon determining that the component is functioning, the system provides the configuration update to UEs.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 31, 2023Publication date: October 5, 2023Inventors: Benjamin Matthew Blizard, Matthew Lawrence Miller, Tod Shepherd, Andrew Hemmerlein, Anand Injeti, Harika Nagilla

Patent number: 11652720Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer readable media for predicting deployment growth on one or more node clusters and selectively permitting deployment requests on a per cluster basis. For example, systems disclosed herein may apply tenant growth prediction system trained to output a deployment growth classification indicative of a predicted growth of deployments on a node cluster. The system disclosed herein may further utilize the deployment growth classification to determine whether a deployment request may be permitted while maintaining a sufficiently sized capacity buffer to avoid deployment failures for existing deployments previously implemented on the node cluster. By selectively permitting or denying deployments based on a variety of factors, the systems described herein can more efficiently utilize cluster resources on a per-cluster basis without causing a significant increase in deployment failures for existing customers.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2019Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Shandan Zhou, John Lawrence Miller, Christopher Cowdery, Thomas Moscibroda, Shanti Kemburu, Yong Xu, Si Qin, Qingwei Lin, Eli Cortez, Karthikeyan Subramanian

Publication number: 20220086104Abstract: A resource prioritization system and method for processing request communications by prioritizing resources based on obtainment parameters and establishing communication channels. The resource prioritization system and method may receive a request from a user device. The request can include content related to a request specification and can be associated with a request location. The resource prioritization system and method can process the request to identify one or more resources having one or more characteristics corresponding to the request content and associated with resource locations near the user location. A communication channel can then be established between the user device and a device associated with an identified resource, such that the user can submit queries to the resource and receive query responses.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 24, 2021Publication date: March 17, 2022Applicant: LIVEPERSON, INC.Inventors: Grant Lawrence Miller, Marc Campbell
