    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition composed of a crosslinkable resin containing lactam groups; a DMAPMA/HEMA copolymer copolymer; and a cellulose based water absorbent polymer. The invention also relates to a printable substrate composed of a substrate, optionally, a layer serving as a base layer; and at least one layer derived from a composition as defined in the present invention. Process for preparing such a printable substrate is also provided.
