Abstract: An apparatus (10, 100) is disclosed for connection to a flange (52, 152) of a post. The flange comprises elongated apertures/holes (54, 154) therethrough. The apparatus comprises a body (12 or 112) having projections (14, 16 or 114, 116) that extend from the body to a distal end. A lug (18, 118) projecting laterally from a distal end of each projection has a profile configured such that it is able to nest in the elongated aperture of the flange when the apparatus is connected to the flange. The apparatus also comprises two locator elements (30, 32 or 130,132) that extend out from the body separately to the projections. The elements are spaced so as to receive the post flange therebetween, whereby the elements locate on opposite sides of the flange when the apparatus is connected to the flange.

The apparatus comprises a body (12) from which there extends two sets of projections (14A&B) and (16A&B). Each projection in each set respectively extends from the body to a distal end (18). Each of the sets (14), (16) comprises two projections A&B which extend from the body so as to define a recess R therebetween which is configured to receive the flange (52) therein. The distal ends (18) of the two projections (14) or (16) in a given set are able to locate in adjacency of a respective one of the elongated apertures (54) in the flange. At least one of the distal ends of at least one the projections comprises a passage (20) formed thereat. The passage (20) has a profile configured in a similar manner to that of the flange elongated aperture (54) adjacent to which it can be located in use.

Abstract: A bracket for a post comprises a body adapted for being located at the post and at least one projection extending out from the body. The projection is adapted for retaining thereat at least one of a ground securing pin and an end of a tensioning rod. A post securement system comprises the bracket and at least one of the ground securing pin and tensioning rod. A method employing the bracket locates the post in ground, locates the bracket along the post and positions at least one of the ground securing pin and tensioning rod to be retained at the bracket.

Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods are provided for applying for student loans. A system can include graphical user interfaces for providing a series of questions to a user which relate to the applying of the student loans. At least a majority of the questions are provided to the user without reference to any specific student loan application. The responses are used to populate multiple different student loan applications.

Alternatively, the flaps may include openings for receiving a flexible connector for securing the flap to the main panel or to the handle of a mounted hairbrush.

The foldable display element further includes second, third and fourth panels and fold lines between the panels to form a box-like structure in which the first panel overlies the second panel and the third and fourth are between the first and second panels opposite each other. A tab panel extending from the first panel is received by a slot in a tab-receiving panel at an opposite end of the display element. The packaging may also include a support ring having a discontinuity extending through its cross section for interlinking receipt of the looped articles. A loop-securing band is received through each of the looped articles and includes opposite ends that are overlapped and secured to each other to define a closed loop interlinked with the articles.
