Abstract: A split goal exercise system includes a plurality of exercise stations and a plurality of wristbands; wherein each station includes an overhead visual display configured to play a video, the video demonstrating one or more exercises performed by a fitness trainer, the one or more exercises including one or more modifications that are based on fitness level; wherein the video can be played on a mobile application to view on a mobile device; wherein the plurality of wristbands provides visual feedback to a fitness instructor, the visual feedback representing the fitness goal, fitness concern, or both of the user.

Abstract: A rack pulley system for use with an exercise machine includes an upper pulley system to removably secure to a vertical post and having an upper housing mounted to an upper brace, the upper brace to engage with the vertical post; and upper cable guides supported by the upper housing and to support a cable traveling therethrough; a lower pulley system to removably secure to the vertical post and having a lower housing mounted to a lower brace, the lower brace to engage with the vertical post; and lower cable guides supported by the lower housing and to support the cable traveling therethrough; a trolley to engaged with the vertical post between the upper pulley system and the lower pulley system and to traverse along the vertical post, the trolley having a trolley cable guide to connect the trolley to the cable.

Abstract: A self-adjusting roller for user with an exercise machine includes a plate with apertures extending through the plate; a rotating connection extending from the plate, the rotating connection having a center body with a member extending therefrom and a support extending therefrom, the center body having a center axis around which the center body can rotate; a pin receiver coupled to the center body via the member; and a pin extending into the pin receiver, the pin receiver selectively supporting the pin in a locked configuration and in a free configuration. When in the locked configuration, the pin extends through a selected one of the apertures; and when in the free configuration, the pin is retained out of any of the apertures. A user engageable apparatus is coupled to the support.

Abstract: A horizontal pendulum squat system includes a frame structure having at least one or more bottom members and one or more substantially vertical members supporting a cross bar; a weight pivoting system supported by the cross bar to rotate at one or more connection points with the cross bar, the weight pivoting system having weight arms connected at the connection points such that the weight arms can rotate about the connection points; and at least one platform coupled to the weight arms, the at least one platform is to receive a user applied force; a bench positioned substantially underneath the weight pivoting system; the platform is positioned to receive the user applied force while the user is lying on the bench and applying the force with their legs and feet against the platform; and the weight pivoting system rotates around the connection points during repetitive motion by the user.

Abstract: An isolator arms attachment for an exercise system includes a first arm having a first receiver assembly to engage with a first user engageable device; a first shaft coupled to the first arm and to connect the first arm to the exercise system; and a first counterweight assembly coupled to the first arm near a second end. A second arm having a second receiver assembly to engage with a second user engageable device; a second shaft coupled to the second arm near the second end and to connect to the exercise system; and a second counterweight assembly coupled to the second arm near the second end. The first arm and the second arm are to be manipulated by a user such that the first arm and the second arm provide resistance to the user.

Abstract: An adjustable exercise equipment system includes a post as part of an exercise machine; a trolley system for engagement with the post, the trolley system having a body forming a channel to receive the post; rollers supported by the body and to provide movement of the body along the post; and a receiver supported by the body, the receiver to engage with a user engageable device; the body and the of rollers allow for selective movement along the post as a user interacts with the user engageable device.
