    Abstract: A toilet seat lid with a removably attached center portion allowing for custom enhancement is disclosed. The lid is comprised of an annulus, the center of which is a removable insert coverable by material bearing a design. Whenever desired, the insert may be removed from the annulus so that the existing material can be replaced by a new material. The insert may then be reattached to the annulus.
