The barrel has an outer end extending outwardly for a first distance from the first portion of the frame. The plurality of caster wheels support the frame for a second distance from a level of the bottom of the caster wheels. The first distance is no more than the second distance. A support head is affixed to an end of the jack screw opposite the barrel. The frame is invertible relative to the caster wheels such that in one position the barrel extends upwardly from the frame and a second position in which the barrel extends downwardly from the frame.

Abstract: A universal center punch has a body with a passage therein, a punch rod extending along the passage, a first leg pivotally mounted adjacent one side of the body so as to extend outwardly of the body, and a second leg pivotally mounted adjacent an opposite side of the body so as to extend outwardly of the body. The first and second legs are linked together so such that a movement of one of the legs causes a corresponding movement of the other leg. Each of the legs has a magnet thereon. An inclinometer can be removably affixed to the body so as to measure an inclination of the punch rod.

Abstract: A universal center punch has a body with a passage therein, a punch rod extending along the passage, a first leg pivotally mounted adjacent one side of the body so as to extend outwardly of the body, and a second leg pivotally mounted adjacent an opposite side of the body so as to extend outwardly of the body. The first and second legs are linked together so such that a movement of one of the legs causes a corresponding movement of the other leg. Each of the legs has a magnet thereon. An inclinometer can be removably affixed to the body so as to measure an inclination of the punch rod.

The plunger has engaged and disengaged positions in which the aperture threaded portion and the threaded stem portion are threadedly engaged and disengaged, respectively, with each other.

Abstract: A stackable rolling rack apparatus capable of being stacked on a similar rolling rack apparatus includes a base unit having a generally horizontal frame assembly and a plurality of upright side members. Wheels are mounted to the base unit and extend below the lower surface of the frame assembly. Mounting plates are attached to the base unit such that upon stacking each mounting plate cooperatively engages an upright side member of the lower similar rolling rack apparatus. The apparatus includes support assemblies pivotally connected to the base unit. Each support assembly has an upright position and a lowered position. In the upright position each support assembly extends vertically above an upper end portion of the upright side members, and in the lowered position each support assembly is lower than the upper end portion of the upright side members.
