  • Patent number: 11344129
Abstract: A portable seat assembly for facilitating a user to be seated in any location includes a pole that is insertable into ground having the pole being vertically oriented. A stop is positionable around the pole to inhibit over insertion of the pole into the ground. A seat is removably attachable to the pole to facilitate a user to sit thereon. Additionally, the seat has a storage chamber integrated therein for storing objects. A lid is removably attachable to the seat and a cushion is coupled to the lid for the user to sit upon. A strap is removably attachable to the seat for wearing over the user's shoulders to carry the seat.

  • Patent number: 9206613
Abstract: An improved panel siding installation device enables a worker installing panel siding on a building structure such as a house to accurately and efficiently measure the distance between edges of adjacent siding panels. This distance is known as the “reveal distance” of the lap siding. In addition to accurately measuring the distance between edges of siding panels, the present invention also supports the siding panel while it is being installed. This support provides some assistance to the installation worker and enables an installation working to more quickly and accurately install siding panels on a structure.

  • Publication number: 20140330547
Abstract: A method of forming a geologic model of a subsurface region is disclosed. Data related to the subsurface region is obtained. A framework is constructed to represent the subsurface region. A template is selected from a plurality of templates. The selected template provides at least one property that is characteristic of the subsurface region. The selected template is inserted into the framework, to form the geologic model. The geologic model is then outputted.

  • Patent number: 8683678
Abstract: According to the preferred embodiment, an improved method and apparatus for the manufacturing of an aluminum tube and aluminum fin heat exchanger that includes steps for pneumatic cleaning, thermal cleaning, and uncontrolled-atmosphere open-flame autobrazing of hairpins to return bend fittings. The method uses a tube lubrication system that is adjustable to control amount of lubrication applied to the tube prior to final expansion. The method uses a pneumatic coil cleaning station that is adjusted to reduce the residual oil particulate from the expansion process required to be thermally cleaned.

  • Publication number: 20050035255
Abstract: An instrument hanger attachable to a microphone stand facilitates the supporting or hanging of various musical instruments on the stand. The hanger has an annular loop portion for receiving the top portion of the shaft of the stand, a neck and an instrument holding portion shaped to prevent the instrument to detach from the holder in typically encountered situations. A single hanger may hold several like or different instruments. The hangers taught herein may be more convenient than large conventional musical instrument stands which add to the expense and difficulty of travelling and which may crowd a concert stage.

  • Patent number: 6051812
Abstract: A snow and ice melting blanket device positioned on a surface and connected to a power source for melting snow and ice accumulating atop the surface. The snow and ice melting blanket device includes a tarpaulin including a top layer, a bottom layer and a third conductive middle layer positioned between the top and bottom layers. A device for sensing a temperature of the tarpaulin is connected to the tarpaulin. A sensing device is connected between the conductive middle layer and the power source for sensing a weight of snow and ice accumulated atop the tarpaulin. The sensing device acts to connect the power source to supply an electrical charge to the conductive middle layer upon sensing a predetermined weight of snow and ice accumulated atop the tarpaulin causing the conductive middle layer and tarpaulin to heat up and melt the accumulated snow and ice thereby keeping the tarpaulin free of snow and ice.

  • Patent number: 5730451
Abstract: A miracle top garbage cart (10) which comprises a container (12) having an open top (14) for the insertion and removal of garbage. A lid (16) covers the open top (14) of the container (12). A structure (18) is for retaining the lid (16) to the open top (14) of the container (12). This allows the lid (16) to slide across the open top (14) and then swing down to an open position and then swing up and slide back on the open top (14) to a closed position, so that the lid (16) will never be removed from the container (12) to get lost and damaged.
