    Abstract: A nucleic acid detection kit includes a detection chip, an electrophoresis box, and a connection unit. The detection chip includes interconnected channel, outlet, and first opening. The electrophoresis box is disposed below the detection chip. The electrophoresis box includes an inlet corresponding to the channel and a second opening away from the channel. The outlet is connected to the inlet. One end of the connection unit is connected to the first opening, and the other end is connected to the second opening, so that the channel is further connected to the electrophoresis box for pressure equalization during transportation and sudden movements. A nucleic acid detection device able to receive the nucleic acid detection kit is also disclosed.

    Abstract: An improved adjustable golf tee comprises a tubular housing, an inner member slideably retained within the housing, and a removable retaining plug inserted into the housing. The tubular housing has an upper end, and a lower end fixed to a base. The lower end of the housing has an opening therein that is suitably generally rectangular in cross section and is beveled outwardly on opposed sides. The inner member has an upper end for supporting a golf ball, a body and a lower portion slideably retained at respective desired positions within the tubular housing. The lower portion of the inner member has two flexible legs that are extendable through the lower opening of the housing. Once the inner member is slid into the desired position, relative to the housing, the legs are extended outwardly along the beveled sides of the lower opening.

    Abstract: A sealing plug for a liquid-filled container having a lower opening therein with an extended skirt thereon. The plug comprises a peripheral cylindrical wall for sealingly engaging the skirt of the container.
