    Abstract: An aerosol dispensing device for a three phase system which dispenses the product in a uniform fine mist at a high spray rate. The aerosol device generally comprises an aqueous liquid phase, a non-aqueous liquified propellant forming a liquid phase and a vapor phase of the propellant, and diptube which is impervious to the aqueous phase, and the vapor phase, but passes the non-aqueous liquid phase. The aqueous phase passes through the lower end of the diptube.
