    Abstract: Knowledge distillation method for fracture detection includes obtaining medical images including region-level labeled images, image-level diagnostic positive images, and image-level diagnostic negative images, in chest X-rays; performing a supervised pre-training process on the region-level labeled images and the image-level diagnostic negative images to train a neural network to generate pre-trained weights; and performing a semi-supervised training process on the image-level diagnostic positive images using the pre-trained weights. A teacher model is employed to produce pseudo ground-truths (GTs) on the image-level diagnostic positive images for supervising training of a student model, and the pseudo GTs are processed by an adaptive asymmetric label sharpening (AALS) operator to produce sharpened pseudo GTs to provide positive detection responses on the image-level diagnostic positive images.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for processing a high dynamic range (HDR) video including a subtitle, where the method includes: encapsulating HDR video data into a video data frame that matches a transmission interface; encapsulating subtitle information into a subtitle information frame that matches the transmission interface; and separately transmitting the video data frame and the subtitle information frame to a display device through the transmission interface, where the video data frame and the subtitle information frame are packets in two types of formats. According to the method provided in this application, content and subtitle information of a dynamic metadata HDR video are separately transmitted to the display device. In this way, the display device can obtain the separated video content and subtitle information, and then separately perform corresponding processing on the HDR video and a subtitle.

In the present disclosure, a set of primers and probes are designed based on an HLA-B*15:02 specific SNP gene locus by using TaqMan probe technology, combining another set of primers and probes corresponding to the internal reference gene ?-Actin, and a set of primer probe for non-HLA-B*15:02 genes are designed to detect whether a DNA sample contains an HLA-B*15:02 gene and whether a sample is homozygous or heterozygous. Compared with the similar detection methods in the past, the technical scheme in the present disclosure inherits the advantages of high specificity, high throughput, high resolution, low cost, simple and convenient operation, process controllability and the like of the fluorescent PCR, and may detect whether a sample is homozygous or heterozygous.
