    Abstract: In certain aspects, a method for training a model is disclosed. A model for measuring a geometric attribute of a hole structure in a semiconductor chip is provided by at least one processor. A plurality of training samples each including a pair of an optical spectrum signal and a reference signal corresponding to a same hole structure are obtained by the at least one processor. The reference signal is labeled with a labeled geometric attribute of the hole structure. An estimated geometric attribute of the hole structure is estimated using the model. A parameter of the model is adjusted based, at least in part, on a difference between the labeled geometric attribute and the estimated geometric attribute in each of the training samples by the at least one processor.

    Abstract: An airbag inflator is provided, including an inflator module, an exhaust hood, a filter element, exhaust holes, and a flow-guiding loop. The filter element is disposed on the sidewall of the exhaust hood and covers the exhaust holes. The exhaust holes are disposed on the sidewall of the exhaust hood and are adjacent to the exhaust hood opposite to one end of the inflator module. One side of the flow-guiding loop is attached to the exhaust hood corresponding to one side of the inflator module, and the other side of the flow-guiding loop extending to the inflator module to form an annular convex rib.

    Abstract: A system clock reference is transmitted to user devices over a short range communication channel and used to calculated a clock offset. The clock offset is stored together with a user identifier in a server memory, from which the clock offset can be retrieved when receiving the user identifier together with a video stream of video frames tagged with respective timestamps. The timestamps are converted into capture times according to a system clock using the retrieved clock offsets. Video streams from multiple user devices thereby have video frames timestamped using a same clock reference and can be time aligned.
