    Abstract: An apparatus used for the storage and retrieval of a commodity which includes a stand which is connected in a pivotal manner to, and suspends a cylindrical container. The container is enclosed with a removable top with a handle. The top when removed can act as a catching device for the commodities to be retrieved from the container. The container can be upended on its pivotal supporting stand for discharge of a portion of its contents into the top.
