The container incorporates an open top for receiving the oral wastes of the user. The Anti-splash back apparatus during intended usage is intended to maintain the oral wastes within the container. The Anti-splash back apparatus includes a first blade and a second base, both configured within the inner surface of the container sidewall. The first blade extends across the voluminous void of the container at an acute angle from the base meeting the inner surface of the container sidewall. The second blade extends across the voluminous void of the container at an obtuse angle from the base within the container sidewall.
