  • Patent number: 10797873
Abstract: A method that occurs at a distributed ledger system includes receiving a request for calibration information associated with a first unit identifier (UID) and determining one or more UIDs associated with the first UID. The method also includes, for each of the first UID and the one or more UIDs: determining, using one or more access control rules, that a requester is permitted access to the calibration information associated with a respective UID; obtaining at least one access security key for accessing the calibration information; obtaining, from at least one block of a first distributed ledger, a digital signature associated with the calibration information associated with the respective UID; using the at least one access security key to decrypt and access the calibration information associated with the respective UID; and verifying, using the digital signature, the calibration information associated with the respective UID.

  • Patent number: 8005633
Abstract: An excitation signal generator (“ESG”) is described. The ESG generates an minimized excitation signal for use in a test system to generate a functional model of a device under test (“DUT”) where extreme values of the minimized excitation signal are increased toward a central value without changing the power spectrum at the DUT.

  • Patent number: 7958178
Abstract: A Finite Impulse Response (“FIR”) filter that uses an approximation of the time integral of the impulse response derived from data collected at non-uniform intervals and processes time-synchronized measurements taken at uneven intervals.

  • Patent number: 6587960
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for determining a system model describing a relation between applicable tests and components of a system under test (SUT). The system model is applicable in conjunction with actual test results for determining at least one fault candidate representing a specific component of the SUT likely to have caused a fault of the SUT. The method system model of the SUT is determined by determining configuration information describing the actual set of components—or parts thereof—in the SUT, and combining the configuration information with static information, for dragging from the static information the information relating to the SUT. The static information describes general information about the SUT, and/or possible components of the SUT, and/or tests applicable for the SUT, and/or relations therebetween.
