  • Patent number: 7857607
Abstract: A rotary lobe pump comprises a pump body having a driving means and an outer casing, and an insert that can be replaced. The replaceable insert comprises a housing formed of a plastic material and having an inlet port, an outlet port and internal surfaces defining a pumping chamber. The replaceable insert also includes a pair of lobed rotors arranged for rotation within the pumping chamber. The housing includes apertures through which the lobed rotors may be rotationally driven, so that the lobed rotors mesh together for pumping a fluid from the inlet port to the outlet port.

  • Publication number: 20080277018
Abstract: A refilling pump arrangement comprises a refilling hose (1), and a pump (2) mounted at the free end of the hose which takes in fluid. This hose and pump arrangement can be stored anywhere, either on or off a vehicle or other machine that receives fluid, and when stored on the machine the hose and pump can be stored in an area that does not need to be adjacent the liquid tank. This enables space savings for the parts of the vehicle which have the most critical space demands.

  • Patent number: 6551157
Abstract: A water vehicle (10) has a stabilizer and accelerator device in the form of an elongated strip (20). The strip is designed to be sleek so that the water vehicle is not stiff and difficult or awkward to operate. Yet, the strip sufficiently protrudes outwardly and downwardly from the bottom of the water vehicle to influence the flow of water across the water vehicle resulting in increased speed, control and stabilization of the water vehicle. The strip has a cross section that is triangular in shape, but with curved side walls. The strip grips the water during turns for greater control and maneuverability and accelerating out of the turns.
