    Abstract: This present disclosure is about a wind tunnel balance axial section. A wind tunnel balance is a sensor that measures six force/moment components from a test model in a wind tunnel. An axial section, one of the six measurement sections in the balance, is the hardest section to design because it is often required to measure an axial force which is much smaller than other force components. Therefore, there is a specific design requirement for the axial section to selectively amplify the axial force response and suppress the non-axial responses. This disclosure presents a sensor mechanism composed of elastic linkages to achieve this design requirements for the axial section.

The assembly also includes a bus bar electrically connected to the fluid-cooled connection apparatus and to an electrode. The current source provides a current to the molten glass via the structure and the electrode for heating the molten glass through resistive heating.

The routing service can operate on various servers with varying functionalities in a distributed network topology. After establishing an application-programming interface (“API”) session, the routing service can send API-based requests to the various servers to obtain API-based routing information. The routing service can use the routing information to determine that a network performance metric exceeds a threshold for providing a resource on a requested route. Advantageously, the routing service can determine alternative routes using the API routing information and, further, identify the least cost route of those alternative routes. Finally, the routing service can provide a resource configured for a data flow (e.g., a video conference) via the least cost route.
