    Abstract: A physical exercise machine is provided having a stepper exercise assembly and a climber exercise assembly which includes a pair of handles individually slidable on parallel tubular rails against the tension of spring elements contained within the rails. The rails are retractable into a tubular support member for collapsing the machine from an extended to a compact configuration.
