  • Publication number: 20250003587
Abstract: A combustion system includes sensor, an exhaust sensor, a primary actuator associated with primary airflow, a secondary actuator associated with secondary airflow, and a processor. When the combustion system is in at least one of an initiation phase or an initiation transition phase, the processor is configured to control primary actuator and the secondary actuator based on an initiation configuration. The processor is further configured to determine a transition of the combustion system to an equilibrium phase based at least in part on: a comparison of a chamber temperature measurement received from the chamber sensor with a chamber endothermic setpoint; and a comparison of an exhaust temperature measurement received from the exhaust sensor with an exhaust ignition setpoint. When the combustion system is in the equilibrium phase, the processor is configured to control the primary actuator and the secondary actuator based on an equilibrium configuration.

  • Patent number: 12152581
Abstract: A compression pump has a bladder that is supported during the compression stroke on the low-pressure side of the bladder, and that can have a compression cavity that is fully evacuated during each stroke. The compression pump can have a housing with an entrance section, a center section, and a crown section. The entrance and center sections define seats to receive bridge bearings (of bridges each having a rod and a bearing). A piston can have an inlet section, a middle section, and a head section. The inlet and middle sections define seats to receive groove bearings. The bridges and groove bearings structurally hold a support structure, which supports the bladder. The support structure can be a slide support that changes shape as the piston moves within the housing. The piston head can have a valve seat that the inlet valve head is received within when it is closed.

  • Publication number: 20240370152
Abstract: Examples are related to operating a user interface of a dual-screen computing device. One example provides a computing device, comprising a first portion comprising a first display and a first touch sensor, and a second portion comprising a second display and a second touch sensor, the second portion connected to the first via a hinge, the hinge defining a seam between the first display and the second display. The computing device is configured to receive a touch input at the first display moving an application that is currently displayed on the first display and not on the second display toward the second display, detect the touch input releasing the application within a predetermined area, and span the application across the first display and the second display.

  • Patent number: 12095209
Abstract: An electrical receptacle is provided having electrical connection screws with a shaft, a drive head and an intermediate head. The shaft has a threaded end that is suitable to be selectably turned into the receptacle until electrical wires are pressed between the receptacle and the intermediate head. The drive head is opposite the threaded end of the shaft. A seat is provided between the drive head and intermediate head. A cover is provided having prongs that engage the screws in the seats. The width of the seats provides a lateral tolerance to engagement of the prong and screw. The prongs can be flared at their ends to engage the seat and the prong bodies are held in contact against the seat to provide a secure electrical connection. Electronics can be embedded within the cover so that it glows or shines.

  • Patent number: 11629789
Abstract: A valve assembly is adjustable in three independent ways allowing it to provide a variable input volume. The valve assembly has a base and an entrance plate. An outer guide, an inner guide and a shaft, each with a passage, are held together and the shaft is rotatable between the guides. The valve is open when the passages of the inner guide plate and shaft are aligned and closed when the passages are not aligned. The shaft RPM determines how many times per minute the valve opens. The open/closed ratio of the valve assembly determines how long the valve is open during each half revolution. The location of the shaft up or down in relationship to the inner guide determines what percentage of possible flow passes through the valve during each half revolution. The valve assembly can be used with either a gas or liquid medium.

  • Publication number: 20220327589
Abstract: A system and a method are provided for directly communicating merchandise requests with vendors. The system and method enable customers to directly communicate with desired vendors to submit merchandise order requests with the necessary product information for the vendor to clearly identify. The user account enters a part order request for a specific vendor account. Once the part order request has been submitted by the user account, the part order request is relayed from the user account to the specific vendor account. Then, the specific vendor account accepts or declines the part order. Afterwards, the user account accepts or declines an order quote for the part order request, if the part order request is accepted by the specific vendor account. Then, a financial transaction for the part order request is executed between the user account and the specific vendor account, if the order quote is accepted by the user account.
