  • Publication number: 20240135297
Abstract: Techniques are provided for evaluating a product, during any point in its lifecycle, based on at least a determined carbon footprint and/or a determined authenticity. Specifically, a carbon footprint at a field level granularity can be determined based on input characteristics of a farm, field, product, etc. Advantageously, the carbon footprint can be determined for different fields that are geographically close to each other. The determined carbon footprint may be utilized to modify one or practices at the field level. As such, the carbon footprint at the field level can be improved. Additionally, the determined carbon footprint and other relevant criteria related may be utilized to generate a customer product score that can be utilized by a consumer to make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Patent number: 11600366
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a system for facilitating configuration modifications for a patient interface computer system based on risk of readmission of the patient. In some embodiments, the system obtains (i) patient demographics information associated with a patient, the patient previously having been admitted at a facility of a first type, (ii) disease information associated with the patient, and (iii) facility information associated with a facility of a second type, the facility information including one or more facility-specific factors associated with the facility of the second type. The system determines a risk of readmission to a facility of the first type for the patient based on the obtained patient demographics information, the disease information, and the facility information. The system causes a configuration of the patient interface computer system to be modified based on the determined risk of readmission.

  • Patent number: 10950350
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a system for facilitating computer-assisted care for patients, including, for example, skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients at risk of clinical deterioration and/or in need of medical intervention relative to a larger SNF patient population. In some embodiments, the system determines care information scores for SNF patients using a first set of severity weights associated with individual components of the care information. The system determines SNF enhancement scores for the individual patients using a second set of severity weights associated with individual components of collected SNF enhancement information, wherein the second set of severity weights are heavier than the first set of severity weights such that the enhancement scores are weighted more heavily than the care information scores.

  • Patent number: 9010489
Abstract: Improvements in a fire escape having a structure of a Helix/Spiral Cylinder shape. It's a building within a building. It provides a quick and safe evacuation for all fire victims, including the A.D.A., the injured and the elderly. Its spiral design can accommodate a large number of floor levels. It eliminates the hazards acquainted with stairs and elevators. It has the capability of removing some of the smoke from the high-rise fire by way of a metal Ducting System. It draws the smoke into the center smoke shaft. The spiral is a two-way traffic pathway, which offers Fire Department personnel and their equipment a method of upward transportation to any floor-level they need for fighting this fire incident. My design can be retrofitted to any existing building.
