  • Patent number: 8996099
Abstract: A catheter imaging probe for a patient. The probe includes a conduit through with energy is transmitted. The probe includes a first portion through which the conduit extends. The probe includes a second portion which rotates relative to the conduit to redirect the energy from the conduit. A method for imaging a patient. The method includes the steps of inserting a catheter into the patient. There is the step of rotating a second portion of the catheter relative to a conduit extending through a first portion of the catheter, which redirects the energy transmitted through the conduit to the patient and receives the energy reflected back to the second portion from the patient and redirects the reflected energy to the conduit.

  • Publication number: 20080013667
Abstract: A lower and upper end plugs of an annular fuel rod, into and out of which cooling water flows, comprises: a lower end plug including a filter for debris which has a plurality of pins intersecting each other at the proper position of an inner channel main inlet, through-holes into which the pins of the debris filter are fitted, and at least one inner channel auxiliary inlet through which the cooling water flows into a lower inner channel thereof when the inner channel main inlet is blocked by debris, and which has a through-hole shape; and an upper end plug including at least one upper handling groove and hole, into which a fuel rod handling tool is coupled, at a proper position of an inner circumference of the inner channel main outlet in a circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20070135055
Abstract: The characteristics of a radio frequency package having short path length and the characteristics of a logic or memory package may be combined so that a high input/output connection is provided together with good radio frequency performance. In some embodiments, a non-radio frequency logic or memory die may be stacked on top of a larger radio frequency die. The radio frequency die may be connected to conventional quad flat no-lead lands. The non-radio frequency or logic or memory die may be connected to conventional leads. In some cases, some contacts on the radio frequency integrated circuit may be connected to leads as well, increasing the input/output capabilities of the radio frequency die.

  • Patent number: 7222910
Abstract: An interior armrest for an automotive vehicle includes upper and lower horizontal walls and a channel-shaped lateral impact contactor joined to the upper horizontal walls by the means of shear planes. The lateral impact contactor has a number of wedge-shaped vertical interruptions which cooperate with the shear planes to produce a controlled collapse in the event of a lateral impact of an occupant of the vehicle against the armrest.

  • Publication number: 20060156970
Abstract: Provided is an in-situ precleaning method for use in conjunction with epitaxial processes that utilizes temperatures at or below those typically utilized during the subsequent epitaxial deposition under pressure and ambient conditions suitable for inducing decomposition of semiconductor oxides, such as native oxides, from exposed semiconductor surfaces. The reduced temperature and the resulting quality of the cleaned semiconductor surfaces will tend to reduce the likelihood of temperature related issues such as unwanted diffusion, autodoping, slip, and other crystalline stress problems while simultaneously reducing the overall process time. The combination of pressure, ambient gas composition and temperature maintained within the reaction chamber are sufficient to decompose semiconductor oxides present on the substrate surface.
