    Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a first diffusion area for a first type transistor. The first type transistor includes a first drain region and a first source region. A second diffusion area for a second type transistor is separated from the first diffusion area. The second type transistor includes a second drain region and a second source region. A gate electrode continuously extends across the first diffusion area and the second diffusion area in a routing direction. A first metallic structure is electrically coupled with the first source region. A second metallic structure is electrically coupled with the second drain region. A third metallic structure is disposed over and electrically coupled with the first and second metallic structures. A width of the first metallic structure is substantially equal to or larger than a width of the third metallic structure.

The stop mechanism is engageable by the second memory card when inserted into the second space for movement into the first space to prevent the first memory card from being inserted thereinto.

    Abstract: An improved connector protection cover integrally formed of plastic by molding ejection is provided. An elastic locking structure is disposed at two sides of the protection cover. An abutting portions having a ‘<’-shaped part and a ‘>’-shaped part is formed on the locking structure to abut against the outer edge wall of the connector so that the protection cover and the connector can be firmly connected together. It is not necessary to use a professional tool like a screwdriver to separate the protection cover from the connector. Scrapes on the surface of the connector can also be avoided. Moreover, reinforcement portions are formed at the inner top face and the link positions at two inner sides of the protection cover to prevent the protection cover from crushing terminals in the connector due to stacking of the connectors during transportation.

    Abstract: A light-guiding connector casing structure includes an internal casing that is enclosed within an external casing to prevent electromagnetic interference. The internal casing is comprised of left and right half bodies that are fabricated from light-guiding material and assemble with each other. A face of the internal casing is transparent while other faces are opaque. Within upper and lower halves of the internal casing are respectively defined upper and lower placement spaces where a signal connector and a USB connector are respectively mounted. A mounting space proximate to a rear side of the internal casing receives front and rear guiding blocks. Two sides of the rear guiding block have guiding slots where connecting wires of light-emitting elements and positioning bars of the left and right half bodies insert. Protruding wires pass through the front guiding block and a plate of the rear guiding block to connect the signal connector.

    Abstract: This invention provides a combined base frame for supporting and fixing a CPU heat sink. The base frame has a left-side frame body and a right-side frame body. The buckling pieces are integrally formed under the base frame. The base frame can be efficiently mounted on a circuit board by the engagement between the left-side frame body and a right-side frame body. When an operator needs to install a CPU onto the circuit board, the base frame can be disassembled in a short time.
