  • Publication number: 20260140050
Abstract: A sensor may include a substrate and an array of photodetectors mounted on or fabricated in the substrate. The array may include first photodetectors configured to detect light in a first wavelength range and second photodetectors configured to detect light in a second wavelength range that is different from the first wavelength range. The first photodetectors may be spatially distributed the array of photodetectors, and the second photodetectors may be spatially distributed spatially distributed throughout the array of photodetectors. One or more light sources may be mounted on or fabricated in the substrate. The one or more lights sources may be interleaved with the photodetectors, or the first and second light emitting active areas of first and second light sources may be co-located.

  • Patent number: 10719548
Abstract: A method for territorial filtering, streaming, and downloading media files over a client-server network with local read-write execution capabilities enables application of digital rights management data across batches of media files without admin having to alter each file, or metadata associated with each file, individually. Media files stored remotely in memory associated with a server are batch-handled for application of digital rights management data. Digital rights management data is applicable to batched files by assignation to particular directories wherein media files stored within a particular directory are associable with particular digital rights management data. Territorial filtering is applied to exclude media files from display as part of a selectable menu whereby users requesting access from certain locations are denied access to media files restricted from playback in that location.

  • Publication number: 20200109870
Abstract: The invention describes a ventilation system for a building. The ventilation system compares interior air with exterior air and exchanges the air when needed. Measuring both interior and exterior air increases energy conservation and reduces the likelihood of harmful contaminants in the building.

  • Patent number: 9860160
Abstract: A method and apparatus for multipath switching using per-hop virtual local area network (VLAN) remapping is disclosed. In the method and apparatus, a data packet is forwarded for transmission over one of a first port and a second port. The device identifies a VLAN ID of the data packet as a second VLAN ID and changes the second VLAN ID to a first VLAN ID. Then one or more criteria of a classification set entry for forwarding the data packet over the second port are evaluated. The data packet is forwarded over the second port if the criteria are met and the data packet is associated with the second VLAN ID. Alternatively, the data packet is forwarded over the first port and is associated with the first VLAN ID if a dynamic entry specifies the data packet is to be forwarded over the first port.

  • Patent number: 8404095
Abstract: A method of immersing an electrode in an electroplating solution while under vacuum, to substantially eliminate air and/or other gas from microscopic holes, cavities or indentations in the electrode. A method of electroplating an electrode in an electroplating solution including the application of a vacuum to the electrode while it is immersed in the electroplating solution to thereby substantially eliminate air and/or other gas from microscopic holes, cavities or indentations in the electrode. The electroplating liquid may be applied to only one side of the electrode (“the wet side”) in which case, sufficient time is allowed to pass for the immersion liquid to fill the microscopic through-holes, cavities or indentations in the electrode. An enhancement of this mode is to force liquid through the microscopic holes from the wet side. A highly penetrating solvent may be used as an immersion liquid.

  • Publication number: 20130008282
Abstract: A bicycle transmission system is provided herein. The bicycle transmission system includes a sprocket or ring that is capable of sliding amongst an infinite number of lateral positions relative to a crank arm. The movement of the sprocket or ring facilitates an optimal chain path from the sprocket or ring to another sprocket or ring in the transmission system and, therefore, increases the efficiency with which power is transferred through the system.
