    Abstract: A photovoltaic system for an electronic device. The system includes a first photovoltaic cell primarily oriented toward the sun and a second photovoltaic cell primarily oriented toward a light source of the electronic device. The first and second photovoltaic cells are in electrical communication to provide electricity to the electronic device. The second photovoltaic cell recaptures some of the electricity used to power the electronic device and reuses this electricity in the photovoltaic system.
