A pocket provided in the pillow receives a specially contoured container filled wiht a temperature retaining material providing a cold pack which will relieve migraine or muscular contraction headaches when applied to the head. The specially constructed pocket is lined with a moisture resistant material and is easily and quickly opened and closed for receiving the cold pack.
