  • Patent number: 11944892
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating user interface elements associated with a guided workout are disclosed herein. For example, by analyzing location data associated with a user device, along with digital content corresponding to the guided workout, the system may generate user interface elements including graphical representations, segmented timelines, and performance metrics associated with a user's progress and performance while consuming the guided workout content. These interface elements may be displayed to the user during and/or after the workout and may allow for user interaction to view varying levels of detail associated with the interface elements.

  • Publication number: 20210272185
Abstract: A method for managing the servicing of vehicles in a fleet includes using a mobile device associated with a vehicle to be serviced to contact a fleet call center. The contact is received and a service request is opened in the fleet call center. A local servicer is identified, and information in the service request is sent to a data device of a service technician of the local servicer. Upon completion of servicing of the vehicle, a notification of completion of the service request is sent to a service administrator. The notification is validated to generate a completed service request, and information in the completed service request is sent from the service administrator to an approver of a fleet operations unit. The completed service request is approved at the fleet operations unit, and a purchase order is generated and transmitted from the fleet operations unit to the service administrator.

  • Publication number: 20200126330
Abstract: An inspection system for a tire of a vehicle in a fleet includes a portable inspection device that includes means for measuring a tire pressure, means for measuring a tread depth of the tire, and an antenna for wireless communication. A hand-held data device includes a processor, memory and an antenna. The data device receives the measured tire pressure and the measured tread depth of the tire from the portable inspection device. A server is remote from the data device and a first wireless transmission means uploads the measured tire pressure and the measured tread depth of the tire from the data device to the server. An analysis device is in electronic communication with the server for analysis of the data uploaded from the data device. A second wireless transmission means communicates cloned data sets from the server to the data device. A method for inspecting is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20170132580
Abstract: A system and method for tracking a tire through a retread process include various checkpoints with networked touch screen computers at each checkpoint. At certain inspection and repair checkpoints the touch screen computers display tire cross section images with multiple different regions. Selecting a region allows a technician to change injury or repair data associated with that region of the tire. The computer automatically checks entered information against customer retread specifications and alerts the technician if the tire does not fit the customer's requirements for repairing or retreading the tire.

  • Publication number: 20060163457
Abstract: An apparatus and method for using a counter-propagating signal method for locating events is disclosed. The apparatus and method uses a Mach Zehnder interferometer through which counter-propagating signals can be launched. If the sensing zone of the Mach Zehnder interferometer is disturbed, modified counter-propagating signals are produced and the time difference between receipt of those signals is used to determine the location of the event. Polarisation controllers (43, 44) receive feedback signals so that the polarisation states of the counter-propagating signals can be controlled to match the amplitude and/or phase of the signals. Detectors are provided for detecting the modified signals.

  • Patent number: 6335008
Abstract: Cyanobacteria incorporating a gene from Bacillus sp. encoding for insecticidal proteins (endotoxins) is described. The endotoxins are particularly effective against Diptera (mosquito) larvae. Recombinant vectors for transforming DNA fragments of the endotoxin gene or genes into the Cyanobacterium are described. The Cyanobacteria are easily grown in ponds or the like where the mosquitos or other insects breed.
