Abstract: The disclosure relates to GalNAc moieties comprising at least one GalNAc monomer. The disclosure also relates to GalNAc-oligonucleotide conjugates comprising GalNAc moieties and oligonucleotides, e.g., saRNAs or siRNAs useful in regulating the expression of a target gene. Methods of using the GalNAc-oligonucleotide conjugates are also provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods quickly regulate hydraulic fluid pressure to meet hydraulic fluid demands in subsea equipment over long umbilicals. A hydraulic power unit includes a reservoir and a pump for pumping hydraulic fluid from the reservoir into a fluid supply line to subsea equipment. A supply-side module located downstream of the hydraulic power unit includes a circulation pump in communication with the supply line for circulating hydraulic fluid in a circuit including the fluid supply line and a fluid return line. A demand-side module is located upstream of the subsea equipment and includes a diverter valve for opening or closing the circuit. Adjustments can be made to the circulation pump and the diverter valve such that hydraulic fluid is circulated through the circuit. The pressure of the supply-side module is greater and does not exceed twice than the pressure of the demand-side module.

Abstract: Improved computer interface system using multiple independent hardware and virtual human-computer input devices and related enabling subroutines is disclosed. Multiple independent data input devices allow users to input data independently from multiple independent data input devices to operating system. Input device driver decodes input from multiple independent input devices. Operating system interface software interprets data from input device driver. Operating system software further generates and controls multiple cursors or control points. Input device aware program obtains and interprets input devices event message, and controls input device aware objects.

Abstract: An activated carbon monolith catalyst comprising a finished self-supporting activated carbon monolith having at least one passage therethrough, and comprising a supporting matrix and substantially discontinuous activated carbon particles dispersed throughout the supporting matrix and at least one catalyst precursor on the finished self-supporting activated carbon monolith. A method for making, and a method for use, of such an activated carbon monolith catalyst in catalytic chemical reactions are also disclosed.

This Quick Connect/Disconnect System can be used to secure two members together in a wide variety of applications where quick connection/disconnection of the two members is desired. The female socket is secured to one member and the male connector with pushpin, body tube, setscrews, locknut, adjustable screw, release aid adapter, and cap screw are secured to the other member. The female socket is attached to the first for removably connecting an object such as an archery release aid to a wrist strap. The Quick Connect/Disconnect System includes a first component intended for permanent attachment to an archery release aid wrist strap, and a second component intended for attachment to an archery release aid.
