Abstract: A fiber optic cable assembly includes a fiber optic cable carrying a plurality of optical fibers and a plurality of distribution housings attached to the fiber optic cable at spaced locations along a length of the fiber optic cable. A subset of the plurality of optical fibers carried by the fiber optic cable is terminated at each of the plurality of distribution housings. Each of the plurality of distribution housings includes at least one port interface attached to the respective distribution housing for accessing the subset of optical fibers terminated at the respective distribution housing. The distribution housings are in-line with the cable and have a low-profile for ease of installation. A method of using and making such a fiber optic cable assembly is also disclosed.

Abstract: Various aspects include a wearable audio device having active noise reduction (ANR). In some cases, a method for processing audio signals includes receiving a noise reduction signal configured to modify an audio signal and generate a noise reduced audio signal, the noise reduction signal having a nominal loop gain; and generating an adjusted noise reduction signal in response to a detected adverse low frequency event, the adjusted noise reduction signal having a modulated loop gain configured to reduce artifacts in the noise reduced audio signal.

Abstract: A downhole gauge for recording data during well treatment comprised of an outer housing having pressure ports, and a pressure-tight inner housing wherein a plurality of sensors, a power source, and a memory configured to store measured data are housed. The outer housing consists of a first section having external pressure ports with a spherical outer surface and a cylindrical inner surface with a hollow lattice structure within, and a second half having no ports with a spherical outer surface and a conical inner surface with an internal hollow lattice structure within. The inner housing consists of a cylindrical body comprised of one section having no ports, and a second section having one port wherein a plurality of sensors can be affixed. The inner housing sections are releasably coupled to form a pressure-tight seal. Further, the outer housing sections are releasably coupled and enclose the inner housing therein.

The board game also has a pair of centrally facing ramps, one ramp at each of the two opposite ends of the game board. A target ball for positioning on the planar playing surface is provided and a plurality of projectile balls for rolling down the ramp surfaces and onto the planar playing surface are also provided. The board game also has a ball retrieval structure that includes a plurality of openings spaced along the game board that are sized to permit only the projectile balls to pass through. The ball retrieval structure is in communication with the goals such that when the target ball passes through one of the goals it falls into the ball retrieval structure.
