Publication number: 20240103681Abstract: A computer system displays a first user interface object and a first control element with a first appearance that is associated with performing a first operation with respect to the first user interface object, in a first view of a three-dimensional environment. The computer system detects a first gaze input that is directed to the first control element, and in response, updates an appearance of the first control element from to a second appearance that is different from the first appearance. While displaying the first control element with the second appearance, the computer system detects a first user input directed to the first control element, and in accordance with a determination that the first user input meets first criteria, updates the appearance of the first control element from the second appearance to a third appearance that is different from the first appearance and the second appearance.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2023Publication date: March 28, 2024Inventors: Lee S. Patent number: 10571877Abstract: The various implementations described herein include methods, devices, and systems for programming and controlling devices with sensor data and learning. In one aspect, a method is performed at a system having electronic devices. The system includes processors and memory. The system determines a usage pattern of the electronic devices for each of a plurality of known users within a premise. For each of a plurality of first users of the known users, the system determines a correlation factor of the usage pattern. The correlation factor includes a state of a plurality of states of the first user including an activity of the first user. The correlation factor indicates a degree to which uses of the electronic devices are correlated with the state of the first user. The system generates, for the first user, an operational profile and causes operation of the electronic devices in accordance with the operational profile.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 2018Date of Patent: February 25, 2020Assignee: GOOGLE LLCInventors: Jeffrey P. Patent number: 10088818Abstract: A system having a plurality of electronic devices, at least one of the plurality of electronic devices having one or more processors and memory storing instructions for execution by the one or more processors, collects usage information of one or more of the plurality of electronic devices for a plurality of known users within a premise. The system then identifies, for a first user, a usage pattern of the one or more electronic devices based on the collected usage information, and determines a correlation factor of the usage pattern. Based on the determined correlation factor of the usage pattern for the first user, the system generates, for the first user, an operational profile with which to operate the one or more electronic devices, and operates the one or more electronic devices in accordance with the operational profile for the first user.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2014Date of Patent: October 2, 2018Assignee: GOOGLE LLCInventors: Jeffrey P.
