  • Publication number: 20240140709
Abstract: Automated cold storage unit and systems for storing, monitoring, and maintaining a supply of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical and/or other products in compliance with regulatory requirements are provided. Such units contain an array of independently addressable holding locations for containers with product in one or more controlled temperature zones fitted with temperature sensors. The units include a reader to track product information and status. Product movement within the unit is performed by a computer-controlled robot. A user interface device, preferably in communication with an application service provider to provide remotely managed inventory management and other services, provides users with secure access to the contents of the unit and associated product data and information.

  • Publication number: 20240113974
Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. The method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on a client; retrieving reputation data associated with the host name from a local cache on the client; determining a policy for the host name, which is associated with the host name and the reputation data associated with the host name; based on the determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to the host name; sending at least attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on the client; and transmitting the attempted network flow metadata in the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel.

  • Patent number: 11823905
Abstract: Self-aligned FET devices and associated fabrication methods are disclosed herein. A disclosed process for forming a FET includes forming a first mask, implanting a deep well region in a drift region using the first mask, forming a spacer in contact with the first mask, and implanting a shallow well region in the drift region using the first mask and the spacer. A disclosed FET includes a drift region, a shallow well region, a deep well region located between the shallow well region and the drift region, and a junction field effect region: in contact with the shallow well region, the drift region, and the deep well region; and having a junction field effect doping concentration of the first conductivity type. The FETs can include a hybrid channel formed by a portion of the junction field effect region, as influenced by the deep well region, and the shallow well region.

  • Publication number: 20230352304
Abstract: Semiconductor devices and associated fabrication methods are disclosed. In one disclosed approach a process for forming a semiconductor device is provided. The process includes: implanting a first region of semiconductor material using a first channeled implant with a first conductivity type; and implanting, after the first channeled implant, a second region of semiconductor material using a second channeled implant with a second conductivity type. The first channeled implant disrupts a crystal structure of the first region of semiconductor material and does not disrupt a crystal structure of the second region of semiconductor material.

  • Publication number: 20230207706
Abstract: Vertical diodes are disclosed herein for radiation-environment applications. The diodes can be junction barrier Schottky (JBS) diodes. A disclosed vertical diode includes a first region with a first conductivity type, fingers with a second conductivity type and located in a top portion of the first region, at least one tap region with the first conductivity type formed in the fingers, and a metal layer located over and in contact with the first region and the fingers and forming a Schottky barrier with the first region. Another disclosed vertical diode includes a first region with a first conductivity type, fingers with a second conductivity type located in a top portion of the first region and having a well doping concentration, and a metal layer located over the first region and the fingers and forming a Schottky barrier with the first region.
