Abstract: Disclosed herein are a control transfer apparatus, a system, and a method thereof. In particular, a software or hardware implemented control transfer means is introduced to implementing the remote control. By which, the control transfer means can fully display the instant screenshot of a terminal device onto a control-end system. Therefore, a user may intuitively operate the system through touch-control, or any other input method. According to one of the embodiments, the control transfer apparatus includes a control unit for controlling the display and AV signals among the terminals and the control-end system, and further managing the tasks of communication protocol, interface, and codec.
