  • Patent number: 6827439
Abstract: An improved structure of the rimless eyeglasses includes a pair of lenses each having a pair of connection pieces respectively stuck on the outer and inner edges. The connection pieces each has a sticky surface toward the lenses and pair of protrudent screw hole spacedly formed on outer surface. A bridge having a pair coupling plates at two end engaged with the protrudent screw holes of the connection pieces and secured by screws. A pair of L-shaped temples each has a coupling plate on the end of its transverse portion and engaged with the connection pieces on outer edge of the lenses and secured by screws. The character is that the connection pieces are removable and for adjusting the focus and the horizontal line of the eyeglasses in order to fit the eyes and the face of a wearer and saves the cost to buy a new one.

  • Patent number: 6705721
Abstract: An openable attachment sunglass to the spectacles includes a sunglass having a pair of plane dark colored glasses connected by a bridge and a horizontal bar projected inward from the inside of the bridge and pivoted to an upright lug on the top of a clip which is composed of an upper clip plate pivoted to a horizontal lug on rear side of the upper clip plate. Each of the upper and lower clip plates has a pair of obliquely and symmetrically extended branches on front side made in registry with each other and each of the branches has a magnet in distal portion. When the clip clips the bridge of the spectacles, the upper and lower clip plates will firmly clip each other due to the attraction of the magnets. The sunglass is able to turn upward to form a right angle relative to the lens plane of the spectacles when the user stays indoor.

  • Patent number: 6604822
Abstract: A separate clip for attachment glasses is provided. The clip is combined with an upper gripping piece and a lower gripping piece. The upper gripping piece has a pair of retaining recesses to receive a pair of magnets therein and a lug on underside with an aligned through hole in free end. The lower gripping piece has a barrel on rear end engaged with the aligned through hole of the upper gripping piece and rotatably secured by a pin, a pair retaining recesses on front end received a pair of magnets which are made in registry with the magnets of the upper gripping piece, a positioning plate connected to the outer surface of the barrel and made releasably enageable with a pair of coupling gaps of an attachment glasses and a gripping space defined between the barrel and the retaining recesses for gripping the bridge of a spectacles.

  • Patent number: 6293672
Abstract: A pair of clip-on glasses including at least two lenses and a bridge connecting the two lenses to each other is provided. The bridge is provided at a back side with two upper and lower clips, each of the two clips is provided at an inner side near a rear edge thereof with at least one magnet to normally magnetically attract the two clips to contact with each other. At least one of the two clips is pivotally movable relative to another clip to facilitate easy separation of the two magnetically contacted clips from each other. The clip-on glasses could be firmly connected to a front of a pair of regular glasses by clamping a bridge of the regular glasses between the upper and lower clips behind the bridge of the clip-on glasses and by closing the upper and lower clips with the mutually attracted magnets to enclose the bridge of the regular glasses in the closed upper and lower clips of the clip-on glasses. The clip-on glasses may be connected to all types of glasses, including rimless glasses.
