  • Publication number: 20100051650
Abstract: A spray gun includes a spray unit, the spray unit having a nozzle and a trigger connected beneath the nozzle, a frame connected to the spray unit and connected with a container, and a path defined between the nozzle and the frame; a sliding slope having a slope sliding by driving the trigger, further having a return unit at the back end to drive the trigger back to original position after the trigger is pulled; an action rod having a piston at one end thereof and the slope of the sliding slope at another end thereof, the piston is moved reciprocally by the slope of the sliding slope when the trigger is pushed and returned to original position, and a pump connected to the path and the action rod is located corresponding to the pump, the action rod located within the pump and defining the pump into a first chamber and a second chamber; wherein when the piston is moved reciprocally by the slope of the sliding slope, the first chamber and the second chamber output liquid alternatively to generate the continuous s

  • Publication number: 20090179083
Abstract: A spray drive includes a spray unit, a restored unit, a plurality of joysticks and a plurality of pumps. The method for controlling the spray drive, the steps include step 1: the trigger being pivoted back and forth by mechanical method to drive a plurality of joysticks to generate reciprocated forces; step 2: the a plurality of joysticks applying the reciprocated forces to fluid channel in the plurality of pumps, and step 3: said plurality of pumps connected with the nozzle and configured to provide a continuous spray via said trigger.

  • Publication number: 20090114683
Abstract: The sprayer of the present invention has a conventional first lever and a second lever with continuous teeth along an edge. When the first lever is engaged, the second lever drives a rotatable piece inside a gravity wheel. Two blocks at the ends of the rotatable piece, as the rotatable piece turns, press some ratchets inside the gravity wheel to turn the gravity wheel. The gravity wheel in turn drives a gear set connected to an energy storage element such as a winding spring. The gear set further engages an eccentric gear with a shaft attached to it so. As the energy storage element is wound and unwound, the shaft is put into continuous back-and-forth movement to work on a pump of the sprayer. As such, a number of sprays are produced continuously.

When the first lever is engaged, the second lever drives a gear set which in turn engages a rotatable piece inside a gravity wheel. Two blocks at the ends of the rotatable piece, as the rotatable piece turns, intermittently press some ratchets inside the gravity wheel to turn the gravity wheel as well. The gravity wheel in turn drives an eccentric gear with a shaft attached to it so that the shaft is put into continuous back-and-forth movement to work on a pump of the sprayer. As such, a number of sprays are produced continuously with a single engagement of the first lever.
