Abstract: Disclosed is a light and detection ranging (LiDAR) system for a vehicle, which includes: a laser generator generating an optical signal having an address signal and a pulse signal; and a plurality of LiDAR sensors connected to an optical fiber bus, in which each of the plurality of LiDAR sensors determines whether the pulse signal of the optical signal is received according to the address signal of the optical signal.

Abstract: A washing machine includes a main body; a washing tub, and a detergent supply device configured to supply detergent to the washing tub. A clause analyzer receives a clause request to locate clauses within text data representing information in a human language. The clause analyzer receives, responsive to a dependency request, token information in a token data set. The clause analyzer determines a location for each clause of the sentence portion in a hierarchy of clauses. The clause analyzer generates and outputs a new data set based on the token data set and the hierarchy of clauses.

Abstract: Disclosed is a 5G or pre-5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4G communication system such as LTE, ultra-reliability and low latency, and large-scale device communication. A method for providing an emergency service according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving an emergency message; analyzing the received emergency message and extracting emergency-related information therefrom; acquiring emergency notification content, which corresponds to the extracted emergency-related information, among a plurality of emergency notification contents pre-stored in an electronic device; and providing the acquired emergency notification content. Methods and compositions are described for breeding tomato plants containing quantitative trait loci that are associated with brachytic phenotype and monitoring introgression of brachytic locus. Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) is disclosed. The method includes providing a substrate and depositing a conductive layer on the substrate. A patterned hard mask and a catalyst layer are formed on the conductive layer. The method further includes growing a plurality of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) from the catalyst layer and etching the conductive layer by using the CNTs and the patterned hard mask as an etching mask to form metal features.
