Abstract: The present disclosure provides a hand-held electric barbecue device, including a handle, where the handle is internally provided with a driving system and a linkage mechanism, the linkage mechanism is in driving connection to an output end of the driving system and is detachably connected to a barbecue fork, and the barbecue fork is in driving connection to the driving system through the linkage mechanism. The barbecue fork is detachably connected to an interior of the handle through the linkage mechanism, which facilities the change of different forks to meet different barbecue requirements.
