  • Publication number: 20060136311
Abstract: An intellectual charging management system and method for automatically adjusting the cost for visiting a website according to network performance for each individual user. The network performance is determined based on the actual network access speed when the user visits the website, while the cost is calculated based on network performance. The network performance and the estimated cost can be provided to the user before the user uses the service provided by the website. In addition, the cost and cost estimation are automatically refreshed at a predetermined time interval, such that the real cost can properly reflect the network access speed in real time.

  • Publication number: 20030110451
Abstract: A practical Chinese classification input method of the invention classifies word, phrase, and sentence input methods and searches a database in real-time to find data quickly and accurately and display it dynamically. At the same time, by special design of tones input and candidate data shortcut keys, an input frame and a candidate word frame can coexist in a picture to substantially increase the amount of candidate data that can be displayed and increase the speed of Chinese character inputting. Meanwhile, the function of an expandable phrase and sentence database is provided to reduce the amount of time needed for inputting when the same content is repeatedly required.
