The nucleotide sequences of pathogenic target genes are set forth in SEQ ID NO: 303 to SEQ ID NO: 344. The primer group of the present invention is used for amplicon sequencing detection analysis method for 42 target genes of 15 porcine respiratory pathogens, has the technical advantages of rapidness, high efficiency, high targeting, strong specificity, and the like, and is suitable for rapid and accurate simultaneous diagnosis of multiple pathogens of diseased pigs in pig farms.

The control device determines that the AV should move from a current lane of the road to an adjacent lane of the road. The control device determines two or more candidate windows into which the AV may move in the adjacent lane. Each candidate window corresponds to a space in the adjacent lane between two vehicles traveling in the adjacent lane. The control device determines that the AV should move into a first candidate window, and, in response to this determination, causes the AV to begin moving along a trajectory leading to the first candidate window (e.g., by accelerating or decelerating).

An electronic sensor such as a camera is associated with a vehicle for the generation of consecutive frames within a video. The system generates a boundary box around a person within each frame and optimizes a tracker for each person in consecutive frames. The system detects people on the road through pose estimation. The system performs a confidence pre-processing procedure before sending the trackers to a pose estimator to extract their poses.
