  • Publication number: 20250223307
Abstract: The disclosure provides a compound shown in formula (I) and a prodrug thereof, which have a good MDM2 and/or MDMX inhibiting effect and may be used for treating MDM2 and/or MDMX-mediated symptoms and/or diseases such as neoplastic diseases and/or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and preparing drugs for such symptoms or diseases. In particular, a compound containing a phosphoric acid (phosphate) structure has higher solubility. As the prodrug, the compound can release an MDM2 and/or MDMX double-target inhibitor compound with high activity in an animal body, which solves the problem that such double-target inhibitors are hardly prepared into drugs.

  • Publication number: 20240411900
Abstract: A local buffer is integrated with a witness generator and a proof generator on a cryptographic processor and is separate from host memory accessed by a host processor operating with the cryptographic processor in a proving computing system. The witness generator: receives, from software program running on the host processor, compiled code of a zero-knowledge-proof (ZKP) program and specific input to the ZKP program; executes the ZKP program by way of executing the compiled code; records specific output generated from the ZKP program with the specific input, intermediate variable values, and the specific input, as a specific witness of executing the ZKP program; stores the specific witness in the local buffer. The proof generator: receives, from the software program running on the host processor, a proving key; accesses the specific witness in the local buffer; generates a specific zero-knowledge proof for executing the ZKP program with the specific input.

  • Patent number: 11942872
Abstract: The present application discloses a multi-path resonant circuit and a resonant converter. The multi-path resonant circuit includes at least two parallel N-phase resonant circuits, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 3. The at least two parallel N-phase resonant circuits include a first N-phase resonant circuit and a second N-phase resonant circuit. A first resonant inductor in any phase resonant circuit of the first N-phase resonant circuit is coupled with a second resonant inductor in any phase resonant circuit of the second N-phase resonant circuit. In this way, current sharing of the multi-path resonant circuit can be realized through a simpler structure.
